One of a kind Walnut Crisp 核桃酥


It is one of a kind because there is only a handful of people in the World who has the original recipe. Madam lee has perfected the technique over the last 20 years, and has baked over half a million pieces. Each of these little crunchy cookies are rolled into shaped by hand, with a touch of egg yoke on top and a little dimple on top, the mark of Madam Lee's original. There are usually 60-80 in a jar like in the picture. It doesn't last too long from the oven, maybe one but not more than two weeks. But there is never a problem because once someone has a bite, one can't stop.
